Intermediate Practice
12 weeks | 2.5 hours per week
Deeper exploration of concentration techniques and emotional awareness practices. Introduction to walking meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and working with difficult emotions. Students begin teaching simple techniques to family members.
Advanced Integration
16 weeks | 3 hours per week
Intensive retreats, advanced pranayama techniques, and meditation in daily activities. Students develop personal teaching skills and create customized practice plans. Includes mentorship opportunities and guest teacher sessions.
